Oktoberfest

In 5 short years, McKinney Oktoberfest has become a family favorite community event for our citizens and visitors across the globe. We continue to draw crowds in excess of 30,000 to Historic Downtown during this two-day event. This year we are pulling out all the bells and whistles to ensure that we hit this fall celebration out of the park.
The biggest addition you will notice this year is an expanded “beer garden” perimeter and our event will essentially be located on a total of 14 blocks throughout downtown. McKinney will once again meet Bavaria as our special event comes to life in Historic Downtown McKinney. This year’s event begins on Friday, September 27 and continues through Saturday, September 28.
